Family & Friends (F&F) is commonly the first phase of marketing a project. The name derives from the fact that the group of investors who choose to acquire a unit in this phase are mostly family or friends of the developers and marketers of the project. At this stage, the executive project of the development, official pre-sale licenses are available. and the financial run of the project. Regardless of whether or not you have the corresponding construction licenses, it is necessary to have approval from the municipality's urban development department to begin this phase. The greatest advantage that investing in developments in (F&F) provides is the margin of return on investment that can be taken advantage of.
